Step 1.

Contact me here. Whether it's a refund, exchange or voucher, I'll help you choose a return method that suits you.

Step 2.

Return your item. Carefully package your parcel in its original packaging and post it to the returns address provided.

Step 3.

Sit tight! Once your parcel is received, you ‘ll get a confirmation email. Your return will be processed as soon as possible, with any funds being returned to you within 7-10 working days, minus shipping costs.

  • Yes. My checkout page is protected by SSL to keep your credit card data safe and secure.

  • Debit and credit cards can be declined for a number of reasons. Often it’s due to incorrectly entered information, an expired card or insufficient funds. Double-check your information and try again, or try a different card.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Please check it carefully — once dispatched, your details can’t be changed.

    If you haven’t received your confirmation email, check your junk folder. Still can’t find it? Get in touch.

  • Get in touch and I'll deduct it from your order, so long as the offer’s still valid.

  • Easy peasy — just reply to your Confirmation Email as soon as possible, and let me know you'd like to cancel.

    As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched, your refund will be processed straight away, with funds being returned via your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. If your order has been dispatched though, you'll need to wait until it arrives and then arrange a return.

  • Once your order is on it’s way to you, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. You’ll need to wait until it arrives, and then arrange a return.

  • As soon as your goods are dispatched, you will receive an email to let you know. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

  • All prints are wrapped in white tissue paper with a pretty raffia bow. If you need additional gift wrap, please let me know when placing your order.

Delivery

  • In most cases, yes. Smaller unframed prints (A4 and A5 size) are packaged in slim boxes designed to fit through a standard letterbox.

    Items that usually fit through a standard letterbox include:

    * A5 Unframed Mini Prints

    * A4 Unframed Prints

    * Notebooks

    * Greeting Cards

    * Cross Stitch Kits

    * Calendars

    Large A3 sized prints are sent rolled in a protective tube and will not fit through a letterbox.

  • The vast majority of parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, Monday to Saturday.

    Parcels containing large or heavy items (such as framed A3 prints, or multiple framed A4 prints) are delivered by Parcelforce.

  • Royal Mail’s current procedure is to leave most parcels with a neighbour. Learn more about this here.

    Alternatively, they may leave a red ‘Something for You’ card. The card explains why they were unable to deliver, and tells you how to arrange redelivery or collection. Items are retained at your local Delivery Office for 18 days.

    Parcelforce will leave a ‘we called to deliver your parcel’ card. This will tell you when redelivery will be attempted, or where your item is, and how to collect it.

  • If you’d like to arrange tracking for your parcel, please get in touch before placing your order. All international orders are sent with tracking as standard.

  • Depending on your chosen delivery method, it may take up to 14 working days to receive your parcel.

    There may be some delays during busier periods, such as around Christmas. If you have been waiting longer than 14 working days, please get in touch.

Returns

  • Don’t fret — let me put it right for you. Simply get in touch here and I'll do everything I can to help.

  • If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

    Any product you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it and, where possible, in its original packaging.

    To start your return, contact me. Please include your name, order number, date of purchase and any photographs showing broken/faulty products.

  • Unless faulty, you will need to pay return shipping on your item.

  • If you’re cancelling your order (i.e. your items haven’t been dispatched yet), your refund will be processed straight away, with funds being returned to your account within 7-10 working days. Your delivery charge will of course be refunded.

    If you’re returning an item, your refund will be processed as soon as the package is received, with funds being returned to your account within 7-10 working days.

    In both cases, you'll receive a confirmation email with details of your refund.

    Refunds are given via your original method of payment, so if you paid by gift voucher, you will be given a coupon for your refund amount which is valid for one year from the date of issue.

  • Products which are made to order cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes, but is not limited to:

    * Personalised greeting cards

    * Pet Portraits

    * Bespoke commissions
